Lollypop Lamb Chops

On a cutting board, lay out the frenched chops. Salt, pepper and garlic powder them to taste. While you are seasoning your chops, place a large non-stick pan on high heat. Once chops are seasoned, add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the hot pan. Once oil has been added, place the chops in the pan and allow them to sear until browned (this should take 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side). Typically, lamb is served rare to medium rare, which should require approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Please feel free to cooke them to the level you require. When they are done, plate them and put 1 teaspoon of Lobster Bay Original Drawn Butter Sauce over each of the chops. Then, serve with your favorite side dish (served with potato pancakes in video).
